Not the Music Hall 2019 – Cancelled and replaced with A Taste of The Irish – November 22nd & 23rd 2019

BARFORD DRAMA GROUP’S 2019 SEASON
which starts with a Plays and Platters and continues with A Taste of The Irish.

This years Not the Music Hall has been CANCELLED and replaced with
A Taste of The Irish on the 22nd & 23rd November
Sadly, after some discussion, it has became clear that we really don’t have enough people available this year to put on a Not the Music Hall show, do all the back-stage and technical stuff and provide a supper. It was therefore reluctantly decided at a recent meeting to Cancel Not The Music Hall for this year.

But all is not lost, did you know we have a writer / storyteller in the village?
Barford Drama group have persuaded ‘Mac’ to join us for A Taste of ‘The Irish’ on November 22nd & 23rd.
The evening will consist of story-telling, music a bar and a good hot supper.
Tickets will be £10 and available from Barbara (624153) from 9:00am on the 26th October.
The Doors will open at 7:00pm for a 7:30pm Start – don’t be late…!!!

We would love to welcome you to the group, especially to the newly arrived people in the villages of Wasperton, Barford and Sherbourne, we are all fun loving amateurs. Why not come along to our next reading just to see how we do it and who knows you may want to be in it; we always have large and small parts for willing volunteers.

We are currently reviewing the programme for this year’s Not the Music Hall, any suggestions would be most welcome…!!!

Of course, there is no pressure to be on stage as there are may other roles that might interest you such as: Back Stage support including costumes, props, stage design, lighting and sound. Front of House, which includes catering, marketing and the all important bar…!!!
